The Property Duo is a property investment and development company run by business partners and lifetime friends, Stef Paterson and Jade Flannigan.  

We currently specialise solely in investments in the Aberdeen property market, where we both live, are experts in the market and invest in personally. We support UK, expatriate and international clients by matching their expected capital growth or yields to the best available properties we can source through our extensive network, helping clients generate wealth through property.

For those that are not interested in building a property portfolio, we also offer fixed percentage returns on capital invested with us. All capital raised is deployed into our own property deals.
